Our packaging is discrete.  The shipping label is addressed from ‘Creative Leather Inc.’  (our actual legal name).  This can be shortened to ‘CLI’ by special request if needed.

We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  We have found it reliable, fairly fast and reasonably cost effective to everywhere in the world we have shipped.  If you require a different carrier, please talk to us.

While we maintain a sizable inventory, with the number of items and options that we offer, we never have every product in stock.  This means that we may well have to make your order or part of it before we can ship it to you.  However we do promise to have it off to you as as soon as we possibly can.  We think the the handcrafted quality will be worth waiting a bit if necessary.
