Our products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects. Subject to our inspection, any item found defective will be repaired or replaced at no cost.  Our reality is that we make quality toys and problems are seldom experienced.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the product is defective.  Please be careful with your choices. If you have a question about size, colour or whatever, please ask.  We want you to be happy with your purchases.
